Situation

A 40-year-old manufacturing company struggled to maintain growth and competitive edge in the marketplace. They desired to grow their profitability quickly to be able to position for sale.

 

Impact

I did an internal and external analysis of their capabilities and position in the marketplace.  From the analysis, I prioritized their product development efforts, repositioned their products to appeal to the marketplace more effectively. I also created a new marketing strategy that was based in social media and targeted to the influencers in the marketplace.

 

Results

Sales grew by 2 million dollars in 2 years and the company’s profitability more than doubled.

Situation

A manufacturer’s entire marketing strategy was to attend trade shows and produce a catalog. When COVID hit all of their trade shows were cancelled for the year.

My Impact

I created and implemented a social media strategy including content creation that not only grow their follower base but engaged their distributor network on social media.

Results

By July this manufacturer was up $3,000,000 on a $25,000,000 base.
